Important information about our lottery operations
GoldenNovoLotto operates under Lottery Permit No. XXXX/2025 issued by the Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing. All lottery activities are conducted in accordance with the relevant state and territory legislation.
May 15, 2025: The regular draw scheduled for May 20, 2025, will be postponed to May 21, 2025, due to system maintenance. All entries will be automatically included in the rescheduled draw.
April 30, 2025: Special Anniversary Draw added on June 1, 2025, with increased prize pool of $100,000. Regular ticket holders will be automatically entered.
Unclaimed Prize Alert: A $10,000 prize from the March 15, 2025 draw remains unclaimed. The winning ticket was purchased in Sydney, NSW. The winner has until September 15, 2025 to claim their prize.
Prize Collection Update: Due to office relocation, prize claims over $1,000 will be processed at our temporary location at 123 Main Street, Sydney from June 1-30, 2025.
Self-Exclusion Update: From July 1, 2025, GoldenNovoLotto will be integrated with the National Self-Exclusion Register (BetStop). This will provide enhanced protection for those who wish to exclude themselves from gambling activities.
Scheduled Maintenance: Our website will be undergoing maintenance on May 19, 2025, from 11:00 PM to 3:00 AM AEST. During this time, you may experience brief interruptions in service. We apologize for any inconvenience.
